Core Principles
NCWS is built on simple principles.
These principles help mobile fields, temporary communities and nomadic circles organise circulation without turning it into money, debt, pressure or automatic claim.
The purpose is not to control a field.
The purpose is to keep context, trust, carried weight and field balance visible.
Context Comes First
NCWS begins with context.
Before a contribution can carry weight, the field must be able to see what actually happened.
What was carried?
By whom?
Under which conditions?
Was there effort, care, risk, skill, pressure, time, responsibility, presence or source burden?
A contribution does not receive weight only because someone asks for it.
The context must be visible enough to be recognised.
New Weight Asks for New Context
New weight may only arise where new context has been carried.
A circulation carrier may not be created from emptiness.
Extra recognition may be generous, but it must still come from real carried context.
If no new contribution, carrying, responsibility or field movement has taken place, no new weight should be created.
New weight asks for new context.
No Air Value
Air value appears when weight is created without real context.
It may also appear when a carrier is duplicated, inflated, misused or treated as heavier than the field can honestly carry.
NCWS protects against air value by keeping context, confirmation, correction and field balance visible.
A field may be generous.
But generosity may not create false weight.
Voluntary Participation
Participation in NCWS must remain voluntary.
No person or field should be pressured to accept a carrier, a weight, a role, a correction or a field agreement.
A field may invite.
A field may propose.
A field may recognise.
But NCWS should not force participation.
Where consent disappears, circulation must slow down or stop.
No Money, Debt or Automatic Claim
NCWS is not money.
It is not a currency.
It is not legal tender.
It is not a payment system.
It is not a debt model.
It is not a social credit score.
It is not a hierarchy of human worth.
A circulation carrier does not create an automatic right, debt, claim, ownership or obligation.
It can only carry meaning where context, trust and voluntary acceptance remain visible.
Field Trust Matters
NCWS works through field trust.
Field trust does not mean blind trust.
It means that the field can still read what happened, who carried what, how weight was recognised and whether correction remains possible.
Trust grows when context is clear.
Trust weakens when weight becomes unclear, inflated, hidden or forced.
A healthy field does not need perfect control.
It needs visible enough context and honest correction.
Field Balance Must Stay Visible
A field stays healthy when taking, giving, carrying, receiving, returning and correcting remain in proportion.
This is called field balance.
Field balance does not mean perfect equality.
It means that the field can still see whether circulation remains fair enough, light enough, carried enough and correctable enough.
If one person or group carries too much for too long, pressure grows.
If one field receives too much without carrying enough, imbalance grows.
NCWS keeps field balance visible before pressure becomes hidden.
Circulation Carriers Carry Context
A circulation carrier is only meaningful because of the context behind it.
The carrier itself is not the source of value.
The carried context gives the carrier meaning.
A carrier may show that something was seen, carried, confirmed or made available within a field.
But if the context behind the carrier becomes unclear, disputed or broken, the carrier may need review, correction or restoration.
Partial Carriers Do Not Create Extra Weight
A partial carrier may divide existing context weight.
It may not create new weight by itself.
Dividing is not duplicating.
A carrier of 55 may be divided into 34 and 21.
A carrier of 34 may be divided into 21 and 13.
A carrier of 21 may be divided into 13 and 8.
But the original carrier must then be visibly marked as divided, closed, replaced or restored.

Correction Is Field Restoration
Correction is not punishment.
Correction is field restoration.
If something was weighed too heavily, too lightly, too quickly or without enough context, the field may need a correction route.
Correction protects trust.
It helps a field repair imbalance before pressure, conflict or false value grows.
A mistake does not break the field if restoration remains possible.
Freedom Within the Field
NCWS fields may develop their own field culture, rhythm, language and practical forms.
A field does not need to become formal, heavy or bureaucratic to use NCWS.
Internal circulation may remain light where context, consent and trust are clear.
Freedom within the field is important.
But freedom does not remove the need for context, proportion, consent and correction.
Shared Language Between Fields
When fields want to exchange with each other, shared language becomes important.
A field may move freely inside its own bedding.
But when one field wants another field to read its carriers, the context must be understandable.
NCWS may use a shared Fibonacci weight language to help fields read proportion, carried weight and field balance.
The sequence is not a price list.
It is not linked to euros.
It is a shared language for proportion, splitting and return movement.
Field Weighing Where Needed
When two fields meet, their carriers are not automatically equal.
A carrier from one field may be accepted by another field, but it must still be read through context.
This is where field weighing may be used.
Field weighing is not an exchange rate.
It is not automatic conversion.
It is a way to read how a carrier from one field can be carried by another field without creating imbalance.
No exchange rate.
No automatic equalisation.
Context remains leading.
