NCWS in Short

NCWS stands for Nomadisch Circulatiewaardestelsel.

In English, it can be described as the Nomadic Circulation Layer within the Lightpoint Value System.

NCWS is a developing route for mobile fields, temporary communities, nomadic circles and field-based cooperation.

It helps make carried contribution visible where people already share, support, repair, protect, organise, cook, move, care or hold space together.

NCWS does not begin with money.

It begins with context.

What NCWS Helps With

NCWS helps a field see what has been carried.

It may help make visible:

  • context
  • carried contribution
  • field trust
  • field balance
  • circulation carriers
  • partial carriers
  • context notes
  • context witnesses
  • field keepers
  • correction and restoration
  • field bridges between groups

The purpose is not to control the field.

The purpose is to keep circulation proportional, voluntary and correctable.

Context Before Weight

Within NCWS, context comes before weight.

A contribution does not receive weight only because someone asks for it.

The field first looks at what actually happened.

What was carried?

By whom?

Under which conditions?

Was there effort, care, pressure, responsibility, skill, presence or source burden?

Only where context is visible enough can context weight become visible.

New weight asks for new context.

No Money, No Debt, No Claim

NCWS is not money.

It is not a currency.

It is not legal tender.

It is not a payment system.

It is not a debt model.

It is not a social credit score.

It is not a hierarchy of human worth.

A circulation carrier does not create an automatic right, debt, claim, ownership or obligation.

It can only carry meaning where context, trust, consent and visible field balance remain present.

Field Balance

A field stays healthy when taking, giving, carrying, receiving, returning and correcting remain in proportion.

This is called field balance.

Field balance does not mean perfect equality.

It means that the field can still read whether circulation remains fair enough, light enough, carried enough and correctable enough.

Where balance becomes unclear, the field may need to slow down, review or restore clarity.

Field Weighing

When different fields meet, their carriers are not automatically equal.

A carrier from one field may be trusted by another field, but it must still be read through context.

This is called field weighing.

Field weighing is not an exchange rate.

It is not automatic conversion.

It is a contextual reading between fields.

No exchange rate.

No automatic equalisation.

Context remains leading.

LumaFonds and NCWS

LumaFonds may support NCWS with structure, language, field setup, templates, field weighing, correction routes and practical guidance.

But LumaFonds does not own NCWS fields.

LumaFonds is not a gatekeeper.

Fields carry their own field.

Where fields trust each other and voluntarily accept each other’s context weight, they may exchange directly.

LumaFonds may help where clarity, structure, correction or field weighing is needed.

Part of Three Routes. One Field.

NCWS is one of three related routes within the Lightpoint Value System.

LPWS begins with recognition.

DKWS begins where practical exchange needs Carrying Capacity, Source Space and Return Flow.

NCWS begins where mobile fields and temporary communities want to organise voluntary circulation through context, trust and visible balance.

Three routes.

One wider field.

Different functions.

Same direction:

recognition first,
Carrying Capacity where needed,
circulation where context can carry it.
