What NCWS Is

NCWS stands for Nomadisch Circulatiewaardestelsel.

In English, it can be described as the Nomadic Circulation Layer within the Lightpoint Value System.

NCWS is a developing route for mobile fields, temporary communities, nomadic circles and field-based cooperation.

It helps make carried contribution visible where people already share, support, repair, protect, organise, cook, move, care or hold space together.

NCWS does not begin with money.

It begins with context.

A Route for Mobile Fields

Not every field begins as a company, institution, platform or formal organisation.

Some fields are temporary.

Some are mobile.

Some appear around events, camps, shared spaces, travelling groups, support networks or practical cooperation.

Within those fields, people may already exchange time, attention, care, tools, food, transport, skills, protection or responsibility.

NCWS gives such movement a clearer language.

It helps a field see what has been carried, without forcing it into money, debt, ownership or formal trade.

Context Comes First

Within NCWS, a contribution is not weighed only by task, time or opinion.

The field first looks at context.

What happened?

Who carried something?

Was there effort, risk, care, pressure, skill, responsibility, presence or source burden?

Was the contribution visible enough?

Was it accepted freely?

Was the field able to recognise it?

Only then can context weight become visible.

New weight asks for new context.

What NCWS Is Not

NCWS is not money.

It is not a currency.

It is not legal tender.

It is not a payment system.

It is not a debt model.

It is not a social credit score.

It is not a marketplace.

It is not a hierarchy of human worth.

It is not designed to replace law, tax obligations, contracts, wages, ordinary trade or public institutions.

NCWS may support voluntary field circulation, but it does not stand outside society.

What NCWS Makes Visible

NCWS can help make visible:

  • carried contribution
  • context weight
  • field trust
  • field balance
  • circulation carriers
  • partial carriers
  • context notes
  • context witnesses
  • field keepers
  • correction and restoration
  • field bridges between groups

These are not meant to control a field.

They are meant to help the field remember what was carried and keep circulation proportional, voluntary and correctable.

Circulation Without Automatic Claim

A circulation carrier within NCWS does not create an automatic right.

It does not create a debt.

It does not create a general claim.

It does not create ownership over another person, field or source.

A carrier can only carry meaning where the context behind it remains visible, trusted and voluntarily accepted.

If the context disappears, becomes unclear or is no longer trusted, the carrier may need review, correction or restoration.

Freedom Within the Field

NCWS fields may organise their internal circulation in their own way, as long as the basic boundaries remain clear.

There must be no coercion.

There must be no hidden debt.

There must be no false claim.

There must be no air value.

There must be no pressure to participate.

A field may move freely where context, consent, trust and carried weight remain visible.

When Fields Meet

When two fields meet, their carriers are not automatically equal.

A context weight from one field may be accepted by another field, but it must still be read through context.

This is where field balance and field weighing may become important.

Field weighing is not an exchange rate.

It is not automatic conversion.

It is a way to read whether a carrier from one field can be carried by another field without creating imbalance.

No exchange rate.

No automatic equalisation.

Context remains leading.

NCWS and LumaFonds

LumaFonds may support NCWS with structure, language, field setup, templates, field weighing, correction routes and practical guidance.

But LumaFonds does not own NCWS fields.

LumaFonds is not a gatekeeper.

Fields carry their own field.

Where fields trust each other and voluntarily accept each other’s context weight, they may exchange directly.

LumaFonds may help when clarity, structure, correction or field weighing is needed.

Part of the Lightpoint Value System

NCWS is one of three related routes within the Lightpoint Value System.

LPWS begins with recognition.

DKWS begins where practical exchange needs Carrying Capacity, Source Space and Return Flow.

NCWS begins where mobile fields and temporary communities want to organise voluntary circulation through context, trust and visible balance.

Three routes.

One wider field.

Different functions.

Same direction:

recognition first,
Carrying Capacity where needed,
circulation where context can carry it.
